Hi There! Welcome to my site!

My Name is Denise Johnson! Thanks for taking the time to visit my site and learn a little more about me and my Business.

First of all I want to share with you a little about myself. I have been a professional Massage Therapist for the Past 10 years with a goal to own and operate a Health and Wellness Center . This has changed my life! For the Best! I have had the opportunity to assist people in promoting their health, rid their bodies of stored up toxic waste, increase blood flow, stimulate the nervous system, relieve muscle tension, relieve headaches, increase energy, relieve stress, promote healing,  but most of all, to just plain feel better!! And what a gift that has been.

 I started out with a group of Therapists in the Atlanta area volunteering for sporting events such as, The Atlanta Ballet, the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, The Georgia Games, The Run for Leukemia, The Run for the American Heart Association, The Peachtree Road Race, Gold’s Gym’s Body Building Competitions, as well as others. Also, I have donated my time at expo’s and trade shows, such as The Sport Show, The Whole Life Expo, The Women’s Expo, Keiser Permanente Health Expo and the Delta Airlines Health Fair, just to name a few. I have worked with Chiropractors and Orthopedic Surgeons have done many radio Q&A segments and have been on the Mid Day Show with a local TV news broadcasting company on many occasions. I also owned and operated my own private Muscular Therapy practice in 3 states. I now work in a spa in one of the top 10 Resorts in the world as well as run my own private practice.

 I have had the opportunity to meet and massage some of the most identifiable people in the world! Movie stars, musicians, sports figures, athletes, millionaires, billionaires, top business executives, sheiks, princes, and government officials. I must say that I am grateful for having such wonderful opportunities that the universe and God has granted me. Life has been good!!!

I have been on a path for personal and spiritual growth since my father’s death in 1997.

It sure has been an adventurous journey! He died at a very young age of 59, with no previous health problems. One day, I called him, and he was out of breath like he just ran up a flight of stairs. He said he just got up to answer the phone.  Well, he didn’t go to the doctor, and the next day he passed out with low oxygen intake. They rushed him to the hospital and ran all kinds of tests. I got a bad feeling in my gut, so my sisters and I flew down on the next plane to be with him. The doctors assured us that he would be fine, and all the tests came back negative. So what seems to be the problem, I asked. They couldn’t find anything wrong with him. He called me into the room to massage his back, since this is where he was felling the pain and air restrictions. I soon massaged him, and found a mass in his kidney area. The doctors did an ultra sound, and sure enough, there was a mass. I told the doctors to get ready to put him on a ventilator, since he was getting ready to go into respiratory arrest and they would only have 6 minutes to tube him. Well, about 15 minutes later, he went into respiratory arrest, and stopped breathing all together. The respiratory team got there too late, and he flat lined. He died right there in front of me. No known cause. They never got around to doing a biopsy on the mass in his kidney. So we will never know why he died.  I will never forget that day as long as I live! That was the first day, of the rest of my life!

Since then I have devoted my time and energy to find answers to so many unanswered questions. I wanted to know why some people that are healthy get sick. Why some people who have lived life destroying their bodies, live to a nice ripe age?   Why some people die young and some grow old and gray. I wanted to know why some people are rich and some are poor? Why some people have all the breaks yet some never get any.  I thought the only real way to answer these questions, was to start with ME! So I was now on a journey of self exploration. What makes me tick? What makes me do the things I do? Why have I achieved so much yet achieved so little?  Why can’t I be doing the things I want to on a daily basis? Why do I have to work so hard, and make so little? I want to travel the earth! Explore new horizons! Climb more mountains!

Sail more oceans and Swim in more seas! I know there is a divine plan however; I will need my own plan!! What will that look like? How long will it take? What must I do to define this path called LIFE?? Tis’ the beginning of my journey!

I have since been exploring my personal growth and the growth of those who have achieved their goals. I HAVE climbed mountains, literally, hung off the side of a cliff, fended for myself in the wilderness, alone, climbed poles and flew through the air. Have done things, I never thought I was capable of doing. Fear always stopped me.  When I thought I didn’t have anything left, I found the energy to keep on going! So why have I not achieved my professional goals? I realized that it was just my old programming. My family was not very wealthy, and they had to work long hard ours to provide for us. I was raised to believe that in order to have the good things in life, you must work hard. And if that means working 2-3 jobs, then so be it. That taught me how to take care of myself, and work hard for what I have achieved.  I am grateful for those words of wisdom however I know there is more to life than working 60 hours a week just to pay my bills.

One day, I started to get back aches, and not being able to stand up straight or get out of bed in the morning. The pain even used to wake me up at night. My hands were falling asleep and it took me a while to get going every day.  I have been working 65-70 hours a week, doing massage. That is equivalent to shoveling snow all day, 13-14 hours a day for 5 days, every week. It was taking a toll on my body. I felt all those old injuries from when I was a kid, just like my father told me I would. I had headaches every day, and trying to work was like climbing that mountain again, this time with an injury!  I went to the doctors and had some X-rays taken, and he found out that my spine is degenerating. I have 8-9 bone spurs, and my vertebra is starting to fuse itself together. I will eventually have to change careers. So NOW what am I supposed to do? I began searching for my new path. I asked for guidance from my inner soul, my life force, my higher power, my universe, MY GOD!

I started going to seminars, reading books, taking classes, whatever I could learn about the body’s natural ability to heal itself. I have come to the conclusion, that What You Think, You Create! The laws of the universe are REAL!! What you put out, you get back.

I realized that if I believe I am going to feel good, I will. If I believe my back is killing me, it will. I started with daily affirmations, to heal my body, and clear my mind of all the negativity. I started meditating, getting massages and listening to my gut. It always seems to be right on target.

 I remember once, a few years ago, I was in a hurry and running late to a clients house. I was stuck in traffic and getting frustrated that I was going to be late. I said to myself, “Oh Great! Now watch me get in an accident. They say most accidents happen within 5 miles from home”. I was only about 4 miles away. Low and Behold, I crashed in the next intersection!! Plowed right into someone that slammed on their brakes in front of me. I hit him so hard I thought for sure he was badly hurt. Thank God! Everyone was ok. And that we had our seatbelts on. The vehicles had to be towed. They were not drivable. I couldn’t get out of my car due to the door being smashed in. I realized then, that I must have manifested this thought, since not even a half a mile ago, I new this was going to happen. That was an eye opener for me. I realized then, that every time I think a negative thought, I must replace it with a positive one!  So I began this process with my health!

I was still trying to figure out what I was going to do to replace the income I have with my massage practice. It was amazing that with everything I read, or every seminar or class I took despite of the content there was always the same message! Seek multiple forms of income. Let your money work for you don’t work for your money. I became aware of the serendipity that was happening before me. I started listening to these clues. I realized that there is a law of attraction going on. What I thought or believed was happening. Good or bad!  I started using this technique in a conscious frame of mind. Not brushing it off as mere coincidence. I started noticing all kinds of things. And realizing that everything happens for a reason! I had to be open and aware of the possibilities and opportunities before me. Sometimes the things we wish for come in undisclosed packages.

I have always burned candles at home and in my practice. I was running low, and needed to find some more candles. I always paid a little extra for a better quality candle since my

Environment was surrounded by quality clients. I went to a craft show, and there was a woman selling Gourmet Soy / Veg candles. I stopped by the booth, and thought to myself, Hey! I was just saying I needed new quality candles. Poof! There they were.  I smelled them as I was approaching. I stood there for about 20 minutes trying to decide which scents to buy. I never heard of this brand before, so I decided to give them a try.

I finally came to a decision and purchased 2-16 oz jars. At first I thought they were a little pricey, until I got home and burned them. OH MY GOSH!! They smelled up my whole house!

Every time someone came over, they commented on how nice my home smelt. I had to share with them my new find! I couldn’t believe how they burned so evenly. And no BLACK MESS!! I started thinking about the health aspect of these clean burning natural alternative candles, and how wonderful it would be if all my massage therapist friends and colleagues burned these too. We work in such a small confined area, that we breathe these things all day, every day. Imagine what it was doing to our bodies! I started thinking about my health issues and wondered if this had an impact on my body and it’s toxicity. Not too mention, It sure would be nice if I didn’t have to wipe down the walls from all the black soot. I burnt those candles down to the end, and there was no wasted wax build up on the jar and STILL no black mess on the jars. And they still smelt great!! I took the wax out of the jar, and put it in one of those small crock simmer pots. WOW! The Darn thing was still giving off a strong powerful scent! I couldn’t believe it. I had to have more!!! I was going to buy them in Bulk, so I can have them on hand, in case I couldn’t find her again.

I called the number on the bottom of the jar, the girl I bought it from at the craft show. Her number was disconnected, and her e-mails were coming back. I tried to get on her web site, and it bounced me directly to the company. I thought this was strange, however, I believe that everything happens for a reason right? So I decided to research the company! Spoke to the CEO and decided I needed to see what kind of results I can find on line about the products. Of course there were testimonials, team spirit, and loads of information. I just wanted to buy candles! What in the world is happening? I decided to get in touch with one of the distributors whose web site I looked at. She got back to me right away! Not only to chat, but to answer all the questions I had. She told me how I can become a candle of the month member, and that would entitle me to buy wholesale and sell retail! I was not looking to go into business, just buy candles. Then I started thinking about all the people I can share this wonderful new product with. Not only can I buy wholesale, but I can sell them to other massage therapist, and get mine for FREE!! What a deal!!! I started thinking about those signs I was asking for from my higher power. Was this the answer I was looking for? Can I actually make money selling candles and not work so hard as a massage therapist for the rest of my life?

I was on my way to one of those spiritual seminar retreats with a friend of mine. I couldn’t stop thinking about the candle business. I was talking to her about it, and while we were driving, I was asking her opinion on what she thought, and as she was talking, on the radio dial, which was in the off position, the word “CANDLE” was displayed in bright light!! The darn thing was OFF!! We both looked at it and said, “HOW WEIRD!”

We blew it off as a coincidence. A few seconds later, I looked down and it was gone!  I couldn’t stop thinking about it for 3 days! One night, on our way back to the hotel, we were talking about it again, and LOW AND BEHOLD!’

There is was AGAIN!!! “CANDLE” On the radio dial!! I thought. Is this my sign? Am I supposed to be in the candle business? Is this my opportunity I was seeking? Who would have thought? I sure never thought about going into the candle business, however, here it was, clear as day! IN BRIGHT LIGHTS NO LESS!!!

I got back from my retreat and decided that this was what I am supposed to do. I can’t defy fate!

I signed up as a candle of the month member and bought the fast start package which would give me all the needed materials to get started. My friends and coworkers could see the excitement in my demeanor. I got my kit in the mail, and started doing all the things the company and team suggested I do. I figured, if they can do it, SO CAN I!!

I brought my scent sample pack to work, set it on the table with some order forms I printed on my computer, and left to go do a massage. When I got back, I had 2 dozen candles SOLD!!! I wasn’t even there to tell them about the products. They smelled the samples, and they were sold! As I was!  I couldn’t believe my eyes!! How easy was that? I thought to myself. I even gave out brochures in the elevator at work and one woman decided to order Christmas gifts for all her employees! I have been on fire ever since!! I followed my gut!! I asked and I received!

It was true!! The laws of attraction were REAL!! What you think you manifest!! I was so excited I couldn’t wait to buy all kinds of inventory, banners, car magnets, brochures! Anything that would help me on my quest to success!! I started reading all the posts, and got on the team calls, went to the Fall Fling conference. I wanted to learn all there was to learn about how to be successful! Bought more books, got my own personal web site up so I can start telling the world about what I have found! The wonderment of it ALL!

I have had an open house, and shared these wonderful products with the people I know. I now have repeat orders and people are telling their friends and they are telling their friends and orders keep coming in! I set up a small display in my home so every time someone comes over they want to smell all the new scents I got! They always leave with one or two new candles. I am now making gift baskets and placing BIG orders for people who are giving these candles and body products as gifts to their employees and clients for Christmas! OH MY GOSH!! It is exploding!! I even have people calling me from out of state who have heard about me and my wonderful new Soy/Veg candles and body products! I may just be able to cut back on all this physical work and find peace in my heart and ease in my body! Work part time for full time pay! Have more time to enjoy my life, and share it with my loved ones instead of working my life away!  I may just be able to climb those mountains, sail those seas and swim in the oceans of the world!  Maybe this IS the answer! I BELIEVE IT IS!!!
